The students of the 1st ESO of our Center together with another 200 students belonging to eight educational centers of Badajoz, participated yesterday in the first exchange of bilingual sections organized in the city to improve the learning of the language and promote the exchange of experiences.
The 1st Conference for the Exchange of Experiences in Bilingual Education Badaclil was held throughout the day yesterday in the walks on the right bank of the river with the presence of 6th grade students from the public schools Juan Vázquez, Puente Real, San Fernando and Santo Tomás, and with students from the Bárbara de Braganza, Bioclimatic, San Fernando and Puente Ajuda de Olivenza institutes.
The objective is to address both the contents of the linguistic areas and non-linguistic areas under the methodology of Integrated Content and Foreign Language Learning (AICLE) ». In this way, cultural aspects of twelve different countries were worked on, as well as contents of Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and History, Music, Physical Education, Mathematics and English.
But in addition to the very important educational aspect was also sharing and living this experience with students from other schools in a great natural environment.
