IES Bárbara de Braganza is committed to a strong language teaching, convinced that languages are not only an essential learning tool, but also a key to a better understanding of the world today. Taking advantage of the active methodology that presides over the classes of the bilingual section, we have organized on December 20 a Day of Immersion in the Language in the facilities of our center, which are invited to students of CEIP Arias Montano, Bótoa, Juventud, Lope de Vega And San José, who will participate in a very attractive morning with different workshops and activities that demonstrate the possibilities of studying ESO in a bilingual section like ours.

Romanorum Vita
A history of Rome is a project of historical disclosure that allows to know the daily life of the inhabitants of a city of the Roman Empire. It is a traveling exhibition that invited us to walk down a street and visit a domus. The exhibition puts us in 79 d. C, during the imperial era, and shortly before the destruction of Pompeii. Scenography, audiovisual and informative texts are complemented by sound elements and even smells, thus configuring an innovative experience.
